I am Harold Tolson, Realtor, Criminal Justice Advocate, Entrepreneur, World Class Masters Athlete and Personal Trainer specializing in fitness for active adults and for young sprinters.
My life began in the small town of Beaumont, Texas where I was born to an unwed mother who died within two years of my birth. I was subsequently raised by a host of family members all of whom are responsible for the man I am today. Although I was born in Texas, I was raised and educated in Los Angeles, California. My professional career began as an Account Executive for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in America and through that employment I was relocated to the San Diego area.
I began my public speaking at Bayview Baptist Church where I serve in the Deacon ministry, and in the courtrooms of San Diego Superior Court and the San Diego Juvenile Court where I am an advocate for deserving youth and young adults who have made a mistake in life and are deserving of a second chance. I serve as a counselor to their families, mentor and coach to the young person, and a facilitator of community-based services, including employment, to ensure each person has everything he or she needs to turn their lives around.
I have enjoyed success in both the sports and business arena. I am a two-time Silver Medalist at the World Games for Masters Athletes in Manchester England in 1999; eight times National Outdoor Champion at 100m and 2007; eight-time National Indoor Champion at 60 and 200 meters, as well as being the American Record holder at 60 meters indoors in two divisions. I bring that intensity, focus and work ethic to you as your Speaker. As an entrepreneur, I created a sportswear clothing company that enjoyed national and international success. Through that venture, I became an expert in sales and marketing. I am a skilled negotiator and I have negotiated multimillion dollar contracts in several global markets.

I enjoy running, hiking, biking, archery, shooting, reading and web surfing.
My entertainment goals are to be featured in physical fitness projects that will feature my extensive background in track and field either as a competitor or coach. I am also looking for roles the involve outdoor living, i.e., camping, hiking, sailing, horseback riding. I would also like to work in national t.v. advertising projects for specialty products in the fitness industry.
